2025-2026 Chocolate Chase Sweet Series is a MORM Timed event.

Race Info:

Our race has continued to evolve and change over the years, and this year we are excited to present a new race theme and location! We are now in our 16th year of what started as the Strawberry Run 5k. This year we will continue to offer a two race combo at a discounted price. Run one or the other or both! Our summer theme will be chocolate milk and our winter theme will be hot chocolate. Participants will have their choice to run the classic 5k race or run the .5k (500 m) participation run. We are lucky to continue to partner with the Polk-Jackson-Perry Fire Department and Falling Star Farm (Meyer Family) to put on a great race!

Race Day Swag

All paid pre-registered athletes will receive a Chocolate Chase Sweet Series bucket hat, finisher medal, Chocolate Milk, and a free pancake breakfast. Walk-ups the day of the event are welcome but are not guaranteed bucket hats. Prizes include (top overall finishers) and medals (Champion & Runner-Up age group winners)...The age groups and divisions are as follows (age on day of race):

Post Race

After the races we will present our overall and age group winners. Also, don’t forget about that pancake breakfast for participants. This will also be available for spectators to purchase and partake in! We ask for a recommended donation of $10 for those not registered in the race.
