Race Info:

We are now in our 14th year of what started as the Strawberry Run 5k.  We will once again offer a two race combo at a discounted price.  Run one or the other or both!  Our summer theme will be chocolate milk and our winter theme will be hot chocolate.  Participants will have their choice to run the classic 5k race or run the .5k (500 m) participation run.  Our race location will be Polk, and will be partnering with the Polk-Jackson-Perry Fire Department and Polk Lions Club to put on a great race! 

Cost:

Chocolate Milk or Hot Chocolate 5k or .5k Single Race Registration - 
Pre-Registration: $25.00 
Race Day Registration: $30.00

Register for both for a deal!

Pre-Registration: $45.00 per person 
Race Day Registration: $50.00 per Person

All paid pre-registered athletes will receive a Chocolate Chase themed give away.  Walk-ups the day of the event are welcome but are not guaranteed race give aways.  Participants will get a finisher medal, Hot Chocolate, a Chocolate Chase Sweet Series Bag, and cookies. Prizes include (top overall finishers)  and medals (Champion & Runner-Up age group winners)...The age groups and divisions are as follows (age on day of race):

The race will be held in Polk Ohio. Parking, Race Registration and Packet pick-up will be at:

After the race we will present our overall and age group winners. Also, don’t forget that the Polk Lions Club and Mapleton Cross Country team will have chocolate milk themed treats for participants and those in to partake in!
