2nd Annual Mischief Managed 5k & 1 Mile Fun Run to Benefit Canine Companions

Fly into the 2023 Wizarding Weekend with a plan to attend the Sunday morning family-friendly 5k/1 Mile Fun Run starting and ending near the historic Medina Square, winding through the tree-lined neighborhood of the Water Tower Historic District and northwest Medina city.  

Come dressed with your running shoes and/or your best wizarding wear (cloaks, hats, wands, and glasses) to show off your transportation spells.  

Beyond the Wizarding Weekend theme, the 2023 race will benefit Canine Companions (www.canine.org), a national nonprofit that provides service dogs to adults, children, and veterans with disabilities so they can live more independently, and facility dogs to professionals working in healthcare, criminal justice, and education.  All dogs are provided free of cost to the recipeint.   

At, during and after the race, your family can meet future and current service dogs.  After the race, we will have dogs and games on the square, and you can visit local businesses like Cool Beans Cafe.   

Every participant will receive a special-edition medal commemorating the event.
