June 21, Saturday

     Race Set up and Pre-Ride

     Online Registration closes at 11:59PM

June 22, Sunday

     9am: Race Day Registration

     10:00am: OMBC Series Points Race

     Wave 1: Pro/Expert Men, Women, Expert Singlespeed, Expert Masters 50+ 

     Wave 2: Sport racers with 1–2-minute intervals between divisions

     Wave 3: Novice racers with 1–2-minute intervals between divisions

     2-4pm Race Day Awards beginning with Novice, then Sport, then Pro/Expert

     5pm Tear Down

MTB Entry Fees: All Divisions online registration Before April 18 just $40, Novice Youth 12-14 and 8-11 just $20. Race Day registration $50 

     **Timing Anklet Fee:  All racers will be required to purchase a timing anklet that is good for the entire season if they do not all ready have one from previous year's event. There is a one-time fee of $6. Once you have a timing anklet, you will be required to enter the anklet number for each race when you register online.   

     **MTB Race Plates: All racers will be required to purchase an OMBC Number Plate that is good for the entire season if they do not all ready have one from a previous year's event. There is a one-time fee of $6. Once you have a number plate, you will be required to enter the plate number for each race when you register online.

Course Description:

Departing from the Community Park in Chauncey, pronounced "Chancy", Racers will be treated to the newly constructed flowy machine-built mountain bike trails located within the Bailey's Trail System, the first stage of a larger vision to construct 88 miles of dedicated singletrack trail within the Wayne National Forest. When complete, the Baileys Trail System will feature trails tailored to beginner through expert mountain bikers and loops that provide incredible hikes and trail runs through an actively restored forest to classic Appalachian foothill vistas. This system currently has direct community connections to Chauncey and Doanville, and future connections are planned to Nelsonville and Buchtel.

Awards:

     ALL E-Bike, Expert and Sport divisions will be awarded cash PRIZES FOR TOP THREE according to the OMBC PAYOUT SCHEDULE

     Prize table awards for TOP THREE in Novice Divisions

Post Race:

     Specialty brews will be served up by Great Lakes Brewing, official brew of the OMBC Series. Beer is free for registered racersof age so bring your favorite mug.  No water bottles will be filled.
