I the undersigned acting as participant or parentguardian of the participant agree to abide by any decisions of the race director relative to safely completing the event. I assume all risks associated in attending this event including but not limited to falls contact with other participants the effects of the weather traffic and the conditions of the terrain all such risks being known and approved by me. Having read this waiver and knowing these facts and in consideration of you accepting my entry I for myself and anyone entitled to act in my behalf waive and release the Cold Pricklies Trail Race Camp Nuhop Pleasant Hill Outdoor Camp Vertical Runner of Wooster Mid Ohio Race Management and all sponsors their representatives and successors from all claims of liability of any kind arising out of my participation in this Event. I also understand that there are fixed costs associated to my registration and The Cold Pricklies Trail Race has a no refund policy. The race organizers reserve the right to cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather and other natural disasters. I hereby grant full permission to any or all of the foregoing to use any photographs video tapes motion pictures recordings or and other record of this event for any legitimate purpose.I the undersigned acting as participant or parentguardian of the participant release and hold harmless the Camp Nuhop and its board of directors Pleasant Hill Outdoor Camp Mid Ohio Race Management and Vertical Runner of Wooster from any liability andor illnessharm associated with my participation in this event including but not limited to symptoms or positive exposure to COVID-19.
